Prezza was founded by Chef Anthony Caturano whose grandmother came from Prezza, a small town in Abbruzzi, hence the restaurant's name. The regions's cuisine and wines benefit from the variety of terrain from the hillsides of the Apennine range in the west and to the Adriatic Sea to the east. The Abruzzese menu will be matched to wines of the region, including crisp whites and some exciting full-bodied reds to match our hardy cool weather menu and finishing with Vin Santo, always a special treat.
